FEC offers a unique opportunity for anyone who feels an urge to learn the basics of the scouting profession within an organized framework. Our scout course provides an excellent opportunity for this purpose. The training is held by the Italian Riccardo Guffanti the former leader and coordinator of the scout network of Udinese Calcio for more than 15 years. He is currently the Head of Scouting at Cagliari Calcio. Riccardo usually passes his knowledge and experience to the participants supported by also a guest speaker.
Course description
FEC Scout Training course is designed to provide you with the knowledge of the observation of players and talent identification. During the course, students will get an insight into the special tasks of a scout’s role, the role of scouts in club management, and learn about the latest methods of player and match analysis as well as they learn the evaluation criteria and the reporting system.

The instructor of the courses is the Italian expert Riccardo Guffanti, former director of Udinese Calcio’s scouting network, one of the most serious and most advanced scout networks in the world. He is currently a member of the Italian Football Federation. He provides the course and the students with more than 30 years of professional experience and a wealth of football expertise in today’s football, after discovering the following starts: Alexis Sánchez, Handanovíc, Cuadrado, Asamoah, Muntari.
